Some good advice for all managers!
I was in a convenience store. The clerk behind the counter was preparing my hot dog order when I heard her say... "APPLE SAUCE, BANANAS WITH NUTS ON TOP!" I looked over the counter wondering what she was talking about. Only to find she had dropped the hot dog on the floor.
Only if the rest of the world could smile like her. Most people would use more colorful words we've all become accustomed to hearing.
Good practices by management become good practices by associates. It goes the same for the bad. Lead by example! If your employees see you do it. Then they feel its ok to do it themselves.
Lead by being a good example!
