5 STEPS TO BUILDING A STRONG CUSTOMER BASE FOR YOUR RETAIL STORE!

These 5 steps work as long as you put some effort into it. You can't wish people into your store. This exercise works best when done together and in the correct order.
It is designed to help you keep the new customers you attract. Build a strong positive word of mouth reputation to your brand name, or store.

This is not meant to jump start your sales. But to turn those who do walk into your store into repeat customers. Then turn their friends and family into repeat customers, and so on , etc.

Don't lose your business to the power of a poor reputation has on a business. Always have a plan. Most of all be open to criticism and change.

1. Have what the customer wants at the right price and time.

2. Is the store clean, neat and organized.

3. Good customer service

4. No sign, no sale!

5. Get your name out there. (Advertisement doesn't have to cost alot )

Too many new store owners skip to step 5 and are out of business in a year or two. Don't make this major mistake.
