Does anyone know what happened to the term "Excuse Me"?
It has seemed to have disappeared. I've noticed people will do one of three things in the supermarket.
- Stand there waiting for you to move saying nothing.
- Try to squeeze in to tight spots.
- Get really nasty.
Well what does this tell you about shoppers. They won't open their mouths politely to ask for help.
Increase your sales by politely engaging your customers. Ask them if they need help before they quietly walk out disappointed.
