Even if its all true, never let your associates know. A Leader needs to look like a leader even if they have know idea what they are doing. I would think an actress would have prepared for the role.

I was taught in an interview that is positive, talk it up! When an interview is negative let the other guy talk!
When settling disputes between associates, stay calm, listen, don't take sides and take charge. Never discipline someone in front of others. The only exception is to have another manager wittiness when possible and never lock yourself in a room with a member of the opposite sex with out a wittiness.

ReplyDeleteI like Donald J. Trump running for President of the Unites States of America. But, sometimes I wonder if he has Attention Deficit Disorder. Maybe it's the fact that Donald J. Trump has never had to answer to anyone. He is super impulsive and always seems to sleep his mind. Would Trump be a better president than Clinton, sure. Will Donald J. Trump get elected president? If he can learn to be more reserved and presidential, less impulsive,think before he talks. Then Donald J. Trump can be the next president of the Unites States of America.
